The COVID-19 pandemic has been declared by the UN as the worst crisis since World War II. In Catalonia, as in other parts of the planet, it has left an important mark in which Primary Care has played a notable role in the fight against the new virus. From the perspective of the author, a doctor specializing in Family and Community Medicine, we will see how it has evolved in the so-called 'containment wall', from its beginning with much confusion, through the first diagnosed cases, the rise towards the peak of the curve and the subsequent decline with the final deconfinement.
